August Grand Opening planned at active adult community
PORT ST. LUCIE, FL---Homeowners living in the active adult community of Seasons at Tradition will soon have a refreshing way to beat the summer heat and humidity when Avatar® Seasons, LLC unveils the new pool and cabana complex in August.
Fitness buffs at Seasons also will get to enjoy a clubhouse with state-of-the-art fitness equipment scheduled to open in August as well.
Avatar® Seasons, LLC, an affiliate of Coral Gables-based developer Avatar® Properties Inc. which owns and manages the award-winning active adult community of Solivita® in Central Florida, purchased the 86 remaining homes, homesite inventory and undeveloped parcels at Seasons late last year.
“In addition to completing the remaining homes, two of our top priorities were to construct a pool and cabana complex and to renovate the former sales office to create a clubhouse with a first-class fitness center and ancillary facilities,” said John Corners, vice president of administration and lifestyles for Avatar®.
Mission accomplished. Avatar® has sold 53 of the 86 homes since early March, and in August Seasons residents will have use of a lap pool of roughly 1,000 sq. ft. with two sets of steps and swim-out benches, a large and lushly landscaped paver deck with outdoor barbecue, and a cabana of nearly 500 sq. ft. with covered lanai and bar, and rest rooms.
Also available in August and located adjacent to the pool complex will be the clubhouse of approximately 3,000 sq. ft. that includes a fitness center with 12 pieces of strength and cardiovascular equipment by Technogym, a catering kitchen, media center, activities room, library, and lifestyle administrator’s office.
“These new amenities will afford residents an excellent venue for social interaction, physical fitness, and casual relaxation,” said Corners.
Seasons residents also have access to the Town of Tradition’s many existing amenities including neighborhood parks and schools, walking and biking trails, and retail stores and shops in Tradition Square, the town center that hosts a year-round calendar of concerts, festivals and other events and activities.
Avatar® is completing the 2-, 3- and 4-bedroom homes with up to 2,907 sq. ft. of air-conditioned living area that were started by a former builder. These homes originally sold from the $300s to $600s and are now available from the $90s to high $100s, while fully furnished models that previously sold from the low $400s to low $900s are now available from the high $100s to low $300s.
The 488-acre Seasons community is one of seven residential neighborhoods in varying stages of development within Tradition. This 8,300-ace master-planned development of Core Communities is also home to the 150-acre, privately-owned Tradition Center for Innovation (TCI) research park which is anchored by the 100,000 sq. ft. Torrey Pines Institute for Molecular Studies.
